Practice Earthing, Get Grounded

“Grounding” or “Earthing” is the practice of doing activities on the ground, and barefoot, that can electrically reconnect you to the Earth. 

To some, this may sound a bit out there, yet another excuse to kick off the shoes. To others, the practice of grounding has been explored to fight inflammation, cardiovascular disease, muscle damage, chronic pain, and improve mood.

There are a number of different ways to experience grounding – walking barefoot, lying on grass, submersing yourself in water, or even investing in grounding equipment.
