Perfecting the Press

The overhead press is an excellent movement to build upper body strength and power, and core stability in an extended position. It’s a more difficult pressing variation than most horizontal presses (bench press, pushups, etc.) given the shoulder mobility and overall stability requirements to put a weight overhead successfully.
