As a prone sleeper, Henoch’s assessments leave me questioning every night of sleep I’ve had for years, but I, and all of us, can take solace in knowing that comfortable, high-quality sleep, regardless of position, far outweighs the benefits of any specific position. Nevertheless, it may be time to flip to my side.
