Dealing with Chronic Pain

By the very definition of the term, chronic pain is something that many struggle to ever completely overcome, so we look for ways to “deal” with these aches and discomforts.

Chronic pain is categorized as pain that lasts beyond 12 weeks, and demographics at the highest risk for experiencing this type of pain are females, those who have just suffered a recent injury, older adults, and people who are overweight/obese.

This is by no means medical advice, but the improvement of mobility is most often seen as one of many treatments for dealing with chronic pain, so perhaps addressing and working on mobility prior to the pain even occurring could be seen as an effective way to prevent these discomforts…food for thought.
